Our next gathering, celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Philadelphia Area Alumni Association, will be:

Prior to the gathering, some brothers will be attending a concert featuring the Merion Concert Band (under the direction of Mr. Nathan Snyder [Beta Lambda '02]), at nearby Gorgas Park in Roxborough. The performance will be from 10am to approx. 1pm.

- From I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway), get off at the Belmont Ave./Green Lane exit for Manayunk.
- At this exit, turn east onto Green Lane and take the bridge over the Schuylkill River. At the intersection of Green Lane and Main Street, turn left (not right) onto Main Street.
- Follow Main Street until you reach the intersection of Main Street and Leverington Avenue. Turn right onto Leverington Avenue (you will go under some train tracks in the process).
- Once on Leverington Avenue, you'll need to drive under another set of train tracks before you come to the intersection of Leverington Avenue and Umbria Street. Turn left onto Umbria Street.
- Follow Umbria Street until you come to the intersection of Umbria Street and Fountain Street; this is where Union Jack's Pub will be.

(for the Merion Concert Band 2nd Annual Veterans Concert at 10am)
- From I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway), get off at the Belmont Ave./Green Lane exit for Manayunk.
- At this exit, turn east onto Green Lane and take the bridge over the Schuylkill River. Continue straight on Green Lane for a little while, until you come to the 3-way intersection of Green Lane and Ridge Avenue. Turn left onto Ridge Avenue.
- Follow Ridge Avenue for two blocks. After going straight through the intersection of Ridge Avenue and Hermitage Street, Gorgas Park will be on your left.
------- After the concert, to get to Union Jack's Pub -------
- Go back onto Ridge Avenue, continuing on in the same direction as you took arriving at the park. You will then immediately come to the intersection of Ridge Avenue and Fountain Street (landmark there: Roxborough High School). Turn left onto Fountain Street.
- Continue down Fountain Street. Once you pass a heavily wooded area on your right, you will then need to pass two more intersections before you come to the intersection of Fountain Street and Umbria Street, where Union Jack's Pub will be.
