Officer Reports:

-- Province Dues are paid for 12 brothers.
-- Only six brothers have paid AIG dues
-- We're on the province council!
-- -- 2 & 5 Votes for the meeting

Old / New Business:
Attendance -- What do we do about it?
-- Who's interested? Brian, Jordan, Eddie, Tony...
-- We're going to need to re-recruit
-- Those that are here are the only ones paid!
-- How can we get leads aside from Epsilon Phi?
-- -- Lyrecrest addresses aren't helpful.
-- -- Contact chapter presidents for area alumni?
-- -- Yahoo! is not completely sucessful.
-- -- -- How many guys do we have on the list?!?!
-- Better inter-officer communication.
-- Phone tree for meeting reminders?
-- Contact List!
-- Ritual for Winter Workshop should go on the back burner...
-- Spring Fling should be our focus this year!
-- BIG DEBATE...
-- What is our role in this province and what does it mean to be an alumni sinfonian?
-- Get information for prospective alumni
-- -- Call them and extend a personal invitation
-- -- If they can't come this month, continue invitations
-- -- Alumni workshop. Stress the idea that it's not a four year program.
-- -- There must be something to do after you graduate!

At Winter Workshop, have a concurrent Ritual Workshop, Probationary Workshop
All-Star Cast, organized by Wes?

OMEA
-- Alumni Presence at Convention?
-- Give any Sinfonian a place to go during the convention
-- Is this overstepping our ability?
-- If we can't do it this year, then we should look into it for next year.
-- Probably not this year, as there isn't sufficient education presence in the group
-- How about getting Lyrecrest's presence at OMEA?
-- -- Get us there, get Nationals there
-- -- More $$$ for both!

Annual Meeting -- Should we move that to the Summer?
-- Intent to amend the Bylaws at the next meeting.
