Discuss the Proposed Bylaws

• Discuss including the Initiation Ritual as a governing document in the Bylaws
• Discuss membership requirements and dues payment ($45)
• 7:20 -- Revoked Sam's speaking privilege for "Crosby as Centerfold" comment
• Discuss officer positions and appointed positions
• 7:26 -- Finished Review of Bylaws.
• 7:27 -- Motion approved by unanimous thumbs up! We have Bylaws!

Summer Smash Discussion

• Summer Smash will be July 31st @ 2:00pm
• MONEY IS NEEDED (Burgers / Hotdogs / Buns / Condiments)
• Estimate is about $130 [ Estimate is w/ beer (which we won't provide) ]
• Estimate is obviously higher than our actual cost
• Dustin contributes $20
• Discussion about the grill [ grill-on-grill action!]
• Most of Beta Xi has to perform w/ CSO that evening. We should cook early.
