- he will be attending an Alpha Kappa meeting on Monday
- he will be attempting a visit to other chapters soon!

Meat & Potatoes
We need to further clarify the reasons for our existence...
By clarifying our purposes of existence, we will be able
to better organize and function.

-- What do you see is our reason for existence?

Tom: Extention of collegiate career, want to continue the organization beyond college
Appropriate area for discussing Sinfonia
(Social aspect)

Dustin K: Extention. Hang out, but beyond that (bring people, not JUST Sinfonians, but also everyone)
Singing! Mills Music Mission! Province Events! We're here, we're a group and we're interested in you!

Gavin: Ditto Social. Helping out Collegiate Chapters. We have age & experience to offer them!

Dustin G: Didn't expect a continuation of College... life goes on beyond college, and we can build beyond.
We should be doing Music Education / Outreach in the community... eventually.

Ryan: On Monday: we decided that Social should be revelent. Everything we did that was a big success was from this Social aspect. We do have a good start on that. Collegiate support should be up there
For almost any fraternity, that is the role that Alumni play. That's a role we need in this area/Province!
Music outreach is a great goal, but outside our scope AT THIS POINT. We have more pressing issues w/ membership and our role at this time.
Outreach will come from the other two points.


Anyone want to put that into an elegant phrase?

Motion to make the mission statement of the COAIG (COAA) to be primarily of social fraternity; secondarily, of collegiate support; and with an overall goal of music outreach.

The Mission Statement of the COAIG shall be the development of brotherhood among alumni Sinfonians; the support of collegiate chapters, and; the advancement of local musical outreach program(s).
