Jeff Hoffman pledged Sinfonia in April 1988 at the Lambda Beta Chapter, Susquhanna University. He served as FEO and alumni secretary. During that time he served as both A-CPR and CPR of Province 21, and attended several CPR convocations. He was a double major in both psychology and music. Jeff attended graduate school at East Carolina University, where he received my M.A. and C.A.S. in school psychology. While there, he was active at the Zeta Psi chapter of Phi Mu Alpha, and served as Vice-President, FEO, and Historian. Brother Hoffman also served as CPR of Province 20 and represented the Province at the 1994 National Assembly in St. Louis. Jeff moved to the Washington DC area in the fall of 1996, and has been working as a school psychologist for Montgomery County Public Schools since. He was a chartering membter of the Washington DC Area Alumni Association in 1998, and have served as president and secretary of that chapter. In 1999, he was asked to serve as the Province 27 Alumni Coordinator, which he held until early this year with his appointment to Deputy Governor.

Matt Williams
is a graduate of West Chester University of
Pennsylvania with a degree in music. He has been active in computers since he was very young. He currently works for
Pennhost.com as a web-designer. Matt pledged in the Fall of 2000 at the Rho Sigma chapter. He has held the positions
of President, Secretary, and Alumni Secretary as well as CPR for
Province 27 for the 2003-2004 academic year. As Province Technologist, Matt is responsible for maintaining the province websites and list-serve.
