Be sure to submit proper documentation and get all the signatures you need! Jeff sent out a message over the province listserv with his address for sending materials and phone number in case you need to reach him.

JUST ANNOUNCED: Province 27 Alumni Retreat, March 31-April 1 Posted on February 23, 2012
Province Alumni Coordinator Chris Sexton has announced that he will host an alumni retreat on March 31 - April 1 at the General's Ridge Winery located at 1618 Weldons Drive in Hague, VA.
This is an ALUMNI-ONLY event, as everyone will need to be at least 21 or older to participate. Cost for the retreat will be $30 per person. There is lodging on the winery grounds at two houses (the Manor House and Vineyard Views). If you would like to stay on the winery grounds, he needs to know soon on a first-come, first serve basis as there is a limited amount of space.
In addition to a wine tasting courtesy of the winery staff, discussions will be held about a variety of topics pertaining to Sinfonia and we can also add a few other events while we are in the beautifully pristine and relatively undiscovered northern neck region of Virginia. Discussion topics may include but are not limited to: - the ritual in review; - working for Sinfonia beyond the collegiate years; - promoting Sinfonian ideals in our professional/personal lives - the 20/20 vision of Sinfonian hindsight: an alumnus' advisory role
Alumni brothers, please RSVP or direct your questions to Chris Sexton. His information is in the Province Directory. He is eager to hear from you!

New resources available for chapter reports Posted on February 21, 2012
Nationals has launched a new resource on Sinfonia.org that is designed to help chapters fill out their chapter reports.
The new resource utilizes a free on-line presentation generator called, Prezi. Sinfonia.org now contains two new Prezi presentations, along with three printable PDF’s of the Prezis filled out exactly to the specifications of the presentation. The PDF’s are available to accompany the Prezis if the brothers need a hard copy of what they are watching during the Prezi presentation. The chapter report in this presentation was created to represent an actual chapter report that is very similar to the ones received in the mail.
Remember, the deadline for chapter report submissions is March 15.
To view the Prezi presentations and the PDF's, click here. It's a little tricky to find, but it's there, under "Chapter Report Resources".
